Week 5- During this week, an initial evaluation of the marketing campaign is made based upon the response at the open house and calls requesting bidder packets. Interested and qualified bidders are identified.
Week 6 - Final details such as site preparation and posting additional signs to the auction site are done. Bidders are contacted to made sure they have their questions answered. The Auction is held on the set auction day with confidence that the bidders and all parties are prepared for a successful event.
